We are recruiting a senior business analyst, specialized in asset management, to join our development team in Luxembourg.
Your role
Reporting to the team leader, you will be in charge of all phases of the Robo-asset-manager development process, in an agile and continuous delivery context.
You analyze business needs and issues and write functional specifications. You prepare the execution and follow-up of the recipe.
You support users and change management.
You will cover the entire functional scope, with a particular focus on asset management and asset allocation.

Data scientist (internship)
Imperative Wealth is a fintech company developing a robo-asset manager, an automated investment solution for large private clients.
We are recruiting a data scientist for a 6-month internship in our R&D team based in Luxembourg.
Internship subject
Supervision of Imperative Wealth’s investment universe.
Imperative Wealth’s investment universe comprises a wide variety of financial instruments: equity indices, derivatives, exchange traded funds.
As part of your internship, you will :
- Collect information about these financial instruments (market data, liquidity, etc.) using available APIs or by developing tools to access this information.
- Structure the information and store it in a database that could be the prototype for Imperative Wealth’s future data lake.
- Produce reports analyzing the behavior of these financial instruments. The main areas of analysis are :
- a classification of instruments according to various types of correlation,
- calculating the tracking error between an exchange traded fund and its benchmark.
Your profile
We’re looking for a candidate with a scientific background, specializing in data science, or who has been exposed to data science techniques during their studies.
In particular, we ask :
- skills in data management and analysis,
- computer programming skills to implement the solutions you recommend yourself (main programming language: Python),
- an interest in financial instruments and techniques,

DevOps Engineer
We’re looking for a DevOps engineer to join the development team of our robo-asset manager DTS, our automated investment solution for large private clients.
The position is based in Luxembourg.
Your role
Your task will be to install and operate the robo-asset-manager in its production environment. You will need to :
- Define and implement the production infrastructure.
- Operate the robot in production, monitoring its operation from a technical and functional point of view.
- Act as a link between users, the development team and the business team.
- Identify and implement technical system monitoring tools.
The solution will be deployed on Azure in development/UAT mode, and hosted on a private cloud for production.
We’re looking for a candidate with previous DevOps experience, or a candidate who is currently a developer and would like to move into a DevOps role.

Your role

You will be responsible for one or more application services, and will work closely with the web team that develops front-end applications, as well as with R&D, which develops trading algorithms. You pay particular attention to the reliability of the Robo-asset-manager, and implement the test tools needed to achieve this objective.
